Agreedum started inside a large technology-implementation team, where requirements were re-typed for every client and the approved version lived in someone's inbox. We're building it with a Dynamics implementation practitioner as our design partner — someone who has run this exact process by hand, on real client engagements, and pressure-tests every workflow before it ships. It works for any vendor delivering a standardized-but-configurable product or service — implementation consultancies, integrators, and anyone who scopes, approves and later changes client-specific configurations of a shared product.
Put simply: Agreedum is a versioning + approval-of-record store with a fast requirements catalog — not a project-management tool, a record of what was agreed and what changed since.
